Cary Shillcutt
Cary Shillcutt served 25 years as an officer and leader in the Arkansas Army National Guard when he discovered The Co-Active Training Institute, and went on to complete his training as a Co-Active Coach. What started as an interest in better communication and mentorship/counseling within his military organization soon became a passion for helping others through coaching. With encouragement from friends and family, Cary started Focus 4 Fulfillment in 2014. Now he is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and his method of coaching is unique, based on his experience in leadership, communication, and strategic planning.
His M.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication was a natural fit for working with individuals to make the most of their God-given gifts and potential. His additional Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College added a unique talent in personal life-planning that takes client’s performance to the next level. His “Champion Life-Coach” belief is based on being a champion for others, not himself, recognizing the innate talents and abilities of his clients during times of opportunity and transition.
As a small-business owner, Cary continues to serve in the military, and spends his free time with his family and church family in Central Arkansas.
